MISSION STATEMENT

I have always believed in service to my country and my fellow Americans and, as I wrapped up my career in the Air Force, I started my own firm to continue serving my fellow Americans. Today, many have collected considerable assets in the form of real property (houses, land, etc.), investment accounts, retirement accounts, personal property and the like. Most do not have any or adequate plans in place to ensure their assets go to the people or organizations they want, leaving their surviving relatives to work through the courts to accomplish this. The end result can often be the deceased’s property going to people they did not want to receive it or even back to the state if no heirs can be found. I want to give you piece of mind that the property you leave behind will go where you want it to; that your loved ones receive the items you want them to receive; that your legacy is protected.
