When I was in private practice, I often referred cases to Ms. Sandweiss. Not out of friendship but because I knew she is an excellent attorney. Invariably, the clients came back to me and reported what a great job she had done. I recall she took one case on remand from the court of appeals and was able to prepare such an effective motion for summary judgment that the opposing counsel simply conceded the case and settled.
