The lawyers at Jackson, Loman, Stanford Downey & Stevens-Block, P.C. represent clients throughout New Mexico and the Southwest, as well as nationally. We have extensive experience litigating complex civil cases in many areas including disputes relating to employment, commercial contracts, business torts, civil rights, corporate governance, trusts and estates, construction, insurance, land development, and technology. We regularly handle jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, mediations and administrative and regulatory proceedings. In addition to representing clients in these types of formal proceedings, we also counsel clients on how to avoid litigation and resolve business disputes without litigation.

In addition to many repeat clients, we receive a large volume of referrals from clients and lawyers, including many lawyers whom we have opposed in the past. We pride ourselves on being direct with our clients and finding cost-effective solutions to complex problems.
