About this firm

My goal is to provide you with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you have provided appropriately and effectively for the loved ones you leave behind. I believe that everyone's situation is unique, so everyone's estate plan should be tailored to their situation.

My most frequent case is a young family that is interested in setting up an estate plan. Their primary goal is usually nominating a guardian for their children if something should happen to them. We then look at their entire family situation and decide on a comprehensive plan that works for their family. Again, every family is different and I approach each case with that mindset.

My most frequent probate case is simple. Someone's loved one has passed and the survivor, whether it is a child, spouse, or sibling, needs help on what to do next. That is the basic inquiry, and we develop a way forward that is understandable and comfortable for the client in their time of grief.
