We are pleased to announce the addition of a new Partner, Steven T. William, Esquire. Steve has significant experience with design, manufacturing and warning claims against the suppliers of personal, industrial and recreational productions (including watercraft and firearms), as well as claims involving design professionals, contractors/subcontractors and owners in construction litigation. He also handles insurance coverage disputes, boating and maritime claims, motor vehicle, premises liability and other personal injury matters. He routinely represents clients in business formation and governance, business and partnership disputes, employment law, liquor law, contracts, municipal law and commercial and residential real estate matters including land development and planning. He provides advise to clients in crisis management, including planning and implementation of crisis-avoidance strategies, and assists in conducting internal investigations regarding corporate compliance that is aligned with the client's business objectives.
