Our practice includes federal and local taxation, corporate and business law, international business and tax planning, financial and estate planning, estate administration, tax controversy, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and commercial lending, employer-employee relationships, and qualified and non-qualified plans.

While each of our lawyers is experienced in one or more of these fields, we work as a team to give every client the benefit of our combined experience. Our objective is to determine the goals and needs of our clients, develop a practical and effective plan, and then work to achieve the best results.
