Our History

Johnson Johnson Lucas & Middleton has deep roots in Oregon, and an equally deep commitment to civil justice. The law firm’s founder, Art Johnson, has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1953, serving as its President in 1982. Together with his father, brother, and close friend, Jim Harrang, Art Johnson founded Johnson, Johnson & Harrang. The firm was quickly recognized throughout Oregon for providing excellent representation and unmatched professionalism. In 1983, Art opened the firm now known as Johnson Johnson Lucas & Middleton, an A/V rated law firm that is widely recognized as one of the top plaintiffs trial lawyer firms in Oregon.

For decades, our firm has represented people harmed as a result of car crashes, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, defective drugs and medical devices, and on the job injuries.

Our People

Our trial attorneys have more than 150 years of collective experience and expertise in pursuing rightful outcomes for people who suffered because of someone’s wrongful conduct.
