Johnson & Nicholson, PLLC is a full-service law firm dedicated to providing quality legal services in a cost-efficient manner. Our founding partners, Carnell Johnson and Elaine Nicholson, are a husband and wife team, who are seasoned attorneys with outstanding reputations in the legal community. They have years of experience in the private and public sector. Their work experience includes working for a community development corporation, non-profit organizations, the New Jersey Judiciary, the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and the Mecklenburg County Public Defender’s Office, as well as private law firms.

Our attorneys are members of the New Jersey and North Carolina Bars, as well as the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
