We specialize in the representation of both public and private entities, self-insured's, insurance carriers, and JPAs. We also represent a number of educational institutions, as both general and litigation counsel, including numerous K-12 Districts, Community College Districts and The Regents of the University of California.

We conduct employment investigations and provide consultation on employment issues with the goal of minimizing risk and exposure to our clients. We provide training and seminars on various subjects, including mandated sexual harassment training for supervisors.
