Kampf, Schiavone & Associates was founded in 1985 with a commitment to providing results for injured people in San Bernardino and throughout California’s Inland Empire. Our attorneys have worked hard to fulfill this commitment, recovering more than $250 million in verdicts and settlements in workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, personal injury and other claims.

Prior to founding our law firm, lawyer W. Roger Kampf worked as a supervisor and senior adjuster at a major insurance company. Now, he uses his knowledge of the inner workings of the insurance industry to take on insurance companies and get fair compensation for victims of injuries inside and outside of the workplace. He and the rest of our lawyers take pride in standing up to big opponents to protect the rights of individuals.

We take care to position each case for maximum settlement, using proven negotiation strategies. However, we also understand that our opponents are not always willing to play fair.
