About this firm

We win high-stakes federal cases. Since 2003, we have won all eight cases that went to trial. These include: an acquittal in a telemarketing case; an acquittal in a pharmaceuticals trial; a $1.8 million verdict for police brutality; hung juries in a customs fraud trial and also a tax fraud case; an eve-of-trial dismissal; and an acquittal in a state fraud case. In the lone conviction out of the last eight trials, on August 30, 2010, the Ninth Circuit reversed the conviction.

In the last 20 years, our firm has obtained numerous dismissals and misdemeanor dispositions in felony cases. Current clients include the founder of an international manufacturing company and an L.A. chain store.
