About this firm

GET TO KNOW US

Through diligence, commitment to client interests and a track record of results, we have earned our reputation as one of the most respected family law firms in the Chicagoland area. Kazmar Feely uses a proactive, strategic and experience-driven approach to achieve optimal results for clients seeking resolution to complex and emotional family law issues. We have a balanced combination of skills, uniquely suited to tackle financial as well as custodial aspects of your case, through settlement and negotiation where possible, through tough litigation where necessary. Our two founding attorneys, Luke Kazmar and Elizabeth Feely, have more than 50 combined years of family law experience, accumulated against some of the toughest competition in the state. Because we routinely litigate cases against some of the toughest and most accomplished litigators in the industry, we are battle-tested and ready to implement the fruit of our experience to optimize your outcome.

The firm's concentration is exclusive to divorce/family law. Such singular focus has two vital advantages to our clients. First, we have a superior ability to utilize of principles of law that are directly applicable to matrimonial proceedings; family law is a dynamic field, and familiarity with all recent changes/developments is critical to your success. Secondly, our concentrated practice assures a refined and intimate familiarity with the judges and attorneys who will be faced during dissolution proceedings. Simply put, we bring an exceptional understanding of the ins and outs of the domestic relations division.

Our strategically sized firm also offers an unrivaled level of responsiveness and individualized attention by limiting our teams’ caseloads. Our attorneys are available to our clients 24/7 and take pride in maintaining close communication with them throughout the duration of our services.

Our firm's core philosophy is built around the simple reality that each case is unique. Accordingly, every case we accept will be analyzed to formulate a creative strategy matching its singular characteristics. In the end, because no two families are alike. we categorically reject "cookie cutter" legal representation.
