Kelner & Kelner, Attorneys at Law has been engaged exclusively in the practice of personal injury and medical malpractice law for over 60 years. Founded by Joseph Kelner, former President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), the firm has represented victims in all areas of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. We have obtained several hundred recoveries exceeding $1,000,000. These recoveries have come from construction accident cases, auto accidents, trip or slip-and-fall cases, medical malpractice actions, and cases involving defective products. Additionally, the personal injury attorneys at our New York City firm have also won very significant recoveries for victims of crime, such as rape and shooting victims, by holding third parties legally responsible.

Our personal injury attorneys have written extensively in the field. Robert Kelner, Joseph Kelner, and Gail Kelner have written the regular column in the New York Law Journal called Trial Practice.
