King, Yaklin & Wilkins is very proud to have a strong local presence. Our Firm has a diverse client base, which includes small closely held businesses through a multi-million dollar multi-national manufacturer of medical devices. Through our representation we have assisted in routine matters, such as account collections, filing and perfecting of liens, and business formation to complex litigation involving trademark infringement, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent construction, wrongful death, unfair competition, and issues with restrictive covenants. In these areas, we presently have or recently concluded matters pending in multiple states including Florida, Illinois, Texas, Alabama, Wisconsin, New York, and Utah.

As a boutique law firm, King Yaklin Wilkins, is able to construct a legal services package that best suits our clients' individual needs. The most common arrangement is based on an hourly billing. We also offer fixed-fee services on a per project basis, as well as monthly or quarterly retainers if desired.

We are keenly aware that legal services have a direct impact on your company's bottom line, and as such, we strive to provide value in all our work. For this reason, we are always evaluating our billing arrangements and willing to utilize alternative methods to achieve the highest value for our clients and to build lasting relationships.
