The firm was started in 1988 and expanded rapidly, eventually changing its name to Kelly, Hockel & Klein P.C. on April 1, 2008, as Thomas K. Hockel became a named partner. The firm is committed to providing top quality legal representation with an economical approach to fees and costs. We believe that a modern law firm must operate efficiently and with deference to client concerns over the fees and costs of complex, as well as relatively simple, litigation. We customize a litigation strategy for our diverse range of clients by conducting early and thorough analysis on all cases. We quickly evaluate methods of alternative dispute resolution, and actively involve our clients in every step of the decision-making process.

Our practice has grown to meet our clients' developing concerns and legal needs, with dedicated professionals available at all levels of experience. We help our clients to resolve problems today and to prevent them tomorrow.
