Korf and Rosenblatt, P.C. is a boutique law practice focusing exclusively on the areas of estate planning, estate administration, taxation and the laws pertinent to tax-exempt organizations. The firm was formed in 1996 with three of its four attorneys having formerly practiced together at Hannoch Weisman, then one of New Jersey's largest law firms.

Each of our attorneys is dedicated to providing the highest quality legal service with efficiency, enthusiasm and empathy for our clients' needs and situations. We place a premium on the counseling function and strive to earn the respect, regard and deeply felt appreciation of every client who retains us.

Our commitment to responsiveness, efficiency and personal attention has been rewarded by the loyalty of our clients, many of which have remained with the firm's lawyers for decades and over generations. A very substantial portion of our annual business is derived from former or current clients and client referrals.

We represent clients in New York City and through the Northern and Central New Jersey counties of Morris, Somerset, Essex, Union, Hunterdon, Bergen, Passaic, Sussex, Warren, Mercer, Middlesex and Monmouth.
