Larson Law Firm, P.C., located in Minot, North, Dakota, brings a broad range of legal experience to our clients. We serve both business and individual clients throughout North Dakota and the Midwest.

With over 30 years of legal experience in a broad range of issues, I have focused my firm on the desire to serve clients in a prompt and efficient fashion. I have been located in Minot, North Dakota since 1985 and have deep roots in the community. My firm focuses on providing services to clients in the area of business law, taxation including representation before the IRS in appeals and the tax court, real estate, complex commercial and personal litigation as well as estate planning. I represent clients in both state and federal courts.

My office prides itself on state of the art technology and cost effective means to provide services. Research is performed on the Internet, legal databases and CD roms. My staff and I take pride in a client oriented approach to serving the needs of our clients, hoping that they always feel the door is open to them and their wishes. In addition to my Law Degree, I hold a Masters Degree in Accountancy and I am also Certified Public Accountant.

I use these additional tools to bring not only a legal perspective but also an understanding of the financial aspect of various transactions to each client's problem. The office works to make each client feel that their legal needs are foremost in our minds.

Deep community commitment has also been the corner stone of my practice. I am involved with numerous community groups including service as the past chair of the Minot area Chamber of Commerce, service on numerous hospital and charitable boards as well as assisting with local youth groups. The firm has been dedicated to the quality client center approach, which focuses on trust and respect as the foundation to build long-standing relationship with clients and the community.
