His research and writing skills, as well as his legal knowledge, judgment,, analytical abilities, and communication skills, are superb. I believe he has been an attorney, since 1980, and the vast majority of that time has been spent specializing in insurance law; therefore, he possesses extensive legal experience in this area of the law as well.
