About this firm

Law Office of Joseph Richards, P.C. is comprised of dedicated and fierce advocates for the compensation and rights of all workers throughout the Southern California, the Inland Empire and Orange County. Through our representation, clients can expect us to do our best in helping them fight for the medical treatment they need, wages they are entitled to, and peace of mind to continue with their daily lives.

In addition, we recognize how important it is for clients to preserve the relationship they have with their employer. We realize the last thing our clients want is a strained employment relationship or tense working environment. Because of that, our firm’s approach in dealing with employers and insurance companies is fair but firm, so that workers can ease their mind over fear of retaliation.

Further, we are a group of attorneys that understands how stressful and helpless obtaining treatment or owed wages can be. In fact, we recognize how it can feel like an uphill battle. Therefore, one core belief our firm holds is providing legal representation in a manner that hopefully lessens the mental and emotional burden surrounding our clients’ claims. We think it’s the least we can do to help.

At the end of the day, Law Office of Joseph Richards, P.C. is there to lending a helping hand to those troubled by a workplace injury and seeking to get fairly compensated for their work.
