About this firm

Serving Providence Since 1983

“An Experienced Rhode Island lawyer You Can Talk To”

In 1991, Attorney Mark B. Morse founded the Law Office of Mark B. Morse, LLC with one goal: to provide individuals, families and small businesses in Providence and statewide with reliable legal representation. More than 25 years later, Mark and his team remain dedicated to those same principles. We handle personal injury cases as well as family law and business law matters.

A 1983 graduate of the New England School of Law, Mark B. Morse is a longstanding leader in the legal profession in Rhode Island. Mark is the former president of the RI Trial Lawyers Association (now RI Association for Justice), and Co-Editor of the award-winning publication, “A Practical Guide to Discovery and Depositions in Rhode Island.” He has argued cases before courts at virtually every level in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, including the Rhode Island Supreme Court, as well as the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals.

After all of the successes and honors he has enjoyed in his distinguished legal career, attorney Morse remains highly approachable. Every potential client at our firm has a complimentary consultation with Mark Morse – not a legal assistant, paralegal or junior associate. Together with his experienced, long-tenured staff, Mark Morse moves each client’s case forward and remains accessible every step of the way. Our team is dedicated to providing a truly communicative attorney-client relationship.

We make every effort to secure a successful and timely resolution

As a litigation-oriented law firm, we are fully prepared to protect your interests in a trial situation and at the appellate level. We make every effort to secure a successful and timely resolution to your legal case and pursue litigation when it is in your best interests. Rhode Island requires alternative forms of dispute resolution, such as mediation or arbitration, in many matters-which may play a part in how we proceed with your case. While every case is unique, our team is always focused on getting the results our clients need.
