We have also effectively guided countless clients through difficult workplace situations such as internal investigations and performance improvement plans by providing practical advice behind the scenes. Chris Lenzo has been selected by his peers to be included in the list of Best Lawyers in America in the field of labor and employment law since 2006. For 2013, Best Lawyers in America designated Mr. Lenzo as Lawyer of the Year in the field of Employment Law-Individuals for the Newark Metropolitan Area based on votes cast by Mr. Lenzo's peers in the labor and employment law bar. He has also been selected for inclusion in the Thomson Reuters list of New Jersey Super Lawyers in the practice areas of labor and employment law and plaintiffs' employment litigation since 2005. In 2014, Mr. Lenzo was among the Top 100 New Jersey Super Lawyers earning the most votes from other members of the bar. The nationally-recognized attorney peer-review system administered by Martindale-Hubbell has awarded him the highest rating of AV.* Mr. Lenzo clerked for Justice Daniel J. O'Hern at the Supreme Court of New Jersey from 1993 to 1994. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Virginia College of Arts and Sciences.

Claudia Reis has served in the elected position of President of NELA-NJ, an organization of plaintiffs' attorneys, since 2012. She is also the Managing Editor of the Labor and Employment Quarterly, which is a publication of the Labor and Employment Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Claudia has been selected for inclusion in the Thomson Reuters list of New Jersey Super Lawyers and/or Rising Stars in the practice areas of labor and employment law and plaintiffs' employment litigation since 2006.* Claudia Reis also routinely lectures other attorneys on various aspects of employment law, has authored briefs and entered appearances as amicus curiae (friend of the court) to the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and testified before the legislature to enact employee-friendly legislation. Claudia has a unique perspective in employment law because she spent some years working as an employment defense attorney for large regional and national firms where she represented municipal authorities and government agencies as well as small and multinational corporations. She is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law – Newark and Rutgers University.
