Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich P.C. is a boutique law firm comprised of highly trained and experienced environmental lawyers who represent small business, individual, non-profit, government and corporate clients in environmental, land use, and related complex litigation matters throughout New Jersey, New York and neighboring states.

Many of our projects involve real estate that has been contaminated or is subject to environmental restrictions. Our attorneys assist clients in navigating the hazardous site remediation process, and we have a long history of success

in securing funding for environmental cleanups, including recovering insurance proceeds and contributions from former site owners or operators. We also counsel clients concerning environmental issues, laws and regulations that affect their properties, business operations, and interests.

Our firm is also home to a skilled team of toxic injury lawyers (www.ToxicInjuryLawyers.com). When someone is exposed to toxic substances they may become ill, or they may face an increased chance of becoming ill in the future.
