About this firm

Tulsa Criminal Defense, Family Law & Civil Litigation Law Firm

When choosing an attorney, life experience matters

Trial Attorney, Edward G. Lindsey serves individuals, families and businesses throughout northeast and central Oklahoma. He started the Lindsey Law Firm P.C. immediately out of law school in 1992 to help people overcome their legal issues in the practice areas where they most commonly need an advocate fighting for them. Likewise, most of his clients face the inequity and inequality of being opposite the government or a large corporation in a case but as a trial lawyer, Mr. Lindsey learned very quickly that with the right lawyer, determination, true grit and creativity, the courtroom can be a great equalizer. Clarence Darrow once said: "The only real lawyers are trial lawyers, and trial lawyers try cases to juries."

Mr. Lindsey is a trial lawyer but he does not live in an ivory tower nor does he keep his nose in law books every day. The variety in his practice corresponds to the rich variety of his life experiences. As a son, father, husband, student, teacher, attorney and coach, he learned a lot about the world and the people around him. Mr. Lindsey understands that sometimes our lives and our choices may lead us places we never expected and bring consequences we did not intend. He also understands that good people make mistakes or are misunderstood from time to time. That philosophy is in his approach to every case, and he listens to every client without judgment. With Edward G. Lindsey, you get real-life representation from someone who can connect with you and explain what you need to know in layman's terms. That's the difference you experience when you engage Lindsey Law Firm, P.C.
