I have interacted with Michael several times at voluntary bar functions. He actively participates and in doing so demonstrates excellent command of the law, particularly in copyright law. While he represents his clients aggressively, I am unaware of any ethical complaints made of him, and his community support particularly of the US Copyright Law Society, including hosting events, further supports his ethical nature.
