For almost 35 years, I have exclusively represented the injured in all types of personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases, including auto, truck, motorcycle, slip and fall, product liability and 3rd party liability work-related claims.
I began my insurance claims career in Plantation, FL as a bodily injury liability claims representative with The Travelers Insurance Company; I investigated and handled all types of auto, truck, slip and fall, product liability and Workers Compensation claims for its national corporate accounts and self-insureds. I investigated significant exposure and fatality claims for its serious injury unit.

The customer service skills that I have gathered for over fifty years are incorporated every day at Loren L. Gold, P.A. through my hands-on, personal approach and accessibility to the needs of my clients. Furthermore, working in air conditioning and mechanical contracting has provided me a unique knowledge of the mechanical and industrial setting, which is invaluable for many of my clients. My studies and training in economics have ingrained in me sharp analytical skills. Having experience working for the defense as a claims adjuster provides great insight into the inner workings of claim departments insurance companies and how individual claims are viewed, investigated, handled and evaluated. It has given me a perspective invaluable in achieving justice for each particular client of mine. My approach has always been to treat mc clients according to the Golden Rule: I seek to achieve for my clients what I would want for my friends, family, and self.
