About this firm

Our firm evolved as a defense firm for the insurance industry and consequently, we regularly engage in all areas of practice where risks are undertaken by the industry. Principally, this includes litigation in the areas of automobile liability, workers' compensation, products liability, professional liability, aircraft liability, premises liability, civil rights, property law, including fraud and arson, and fidelity and surety bonds. To a minor extent, we also engage in employment, corporate and banking matters.

All firm members are licensed in State and Federal Courts. We regularly engage in practice in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.

Geographically, we handle cases within a seventy-five (75) mile radius of Chattanooga, which extends into the counties of North Georgia and Northern Alabama.

We primarily handle cases within a 75 mile radius; however, several of an attorneys have multiple cases throughout Tennessee and Georgia.
