The predecessor to Lynch, Chappell & Alsup was formed in 1959 with one tax and one oil and gas attorney. Through the years, the firm has expanded to service not only its client base of independent oil operators, major oil companies and oil field service companies, but has developed a general civil and trial practice which includes, among it 5,000 clients, American and New York Stock Exchange companies, banks, real estate developers and many closely held corporations and individuals.
