About this firm

Lyne, Woodworth & Evarts has enjoyed a long and distinguished legacy of legal excellence. Since 1912, we have been committed to serving the business and legal communities with zealous advocacy and the highest standards of professionalism.

In today's rapidly changing world, this commitment also means the responsive and efficient delivery of our legal services. We strive to create innovative solutions, resolve issues quickly, and deliver the best possible outcome for our clients. Our history of success is one we continue to share with our clients.

Indeed, the attorneys of Lyne, Woodworth & Evarts have played a key role in the history of Boston's development. From such tourist attractions as Faneuil Hall Marketplace to the global symbol of International Place, Lyne, Woodworth & Evarts, has contributed to the city's proud landscape. Logan Airport was named in honor of Edward L. Logan, a distinguished General of the Yankee Division in World War I and one of the founding partners of the firm, originally named Logan, Lyne & Woodworth.

Our practice includes the four general areas of business and finance, commercial and civil litigation, real estate and commercial lending, and trusts and estates. Within each of these general practice areas, individual attorneys concentrate their practice in specific areas of legal expertise, combining practical experience with technical knowledge. We offer our clients a richly diverse team of talented and skilled attorneys. Lyne, Woodworth & Evarts has been proudly serving many of the same clients for over fifty years.
