Attorneys David Madoff and Michael Khoury, former partners of the Boston bankruptcy firm Cohn Khoury Madoff & Whitesell LLP, relocated to Foxborough, Massachusetts in 2004 in order to broaden the scope of their representation at a more reasonable cost to their clients. Michael Khoury, who is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, has almost twenty years of experience in the area of corporate reorganizations, in the context of bankruptcy or other structured proceeding, and other areas of commercial law. David Madoff, who is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York, has over twenty years of experience as an attorney, having focused his practice on business litigation and debt restructuring, in and out of bankruptcy. David Madoff also serves as a Chapter 7 trustee for the District of Massachusetts, where he oversees approximately six hundred personal bankruptcy cases per year.
