Founder Gerard Mantese and former State Senator David Honigman began their legal careers together at one of Michigan's largest law firms, and learned the practice of law under many of the State's most notable attorneys. After developing a solid foundation of legal skills, Mr. Mantese began his own firm in 1994, which he has developed into a dynamic force in the legal community, both in Michigan and across the country.

Over the ensuing years, Mr. Mantese has been recognized for legal excellence on numerous occasions. Among other awards, he has been recognized as one of Crain's "40 under Forty"; named a "Super Lawyer" for years; named one of the country's "Best Lawyers;" and recognized as one of Michigan's "Leaders in the Law." Mr. Mantese has successfully represented clients in numerous multi-million dollar lawsuits, and built a reputation as a fearsome advocate who also maintains the highest levels of honesty and integrity.
