In instances where collection without suit is not feasible, Marcadis Singer PA is very prepared to litigate. Our Florida Debt Collection Attorneys will recommend various collection options, dependent upon each client’s particular requirements. Fees

The fee for service provided by Marcadis Singer PA is normally based on a percentage of the total debt collected, or hourly depending on the needs of the client. Our remittance policy is flexible, and we offer a variety of ways to handle payment of fees based on the unique requirements of our clientele. Fees for consulting services are based upon the scope of service provided.
