I am a seasoned professional with nearly 40 years of business law experience including representing buyers and sellers of businesses, shareholders and membership unit owners. I have extensive experience with SBA loans, earn-outs, escrow hold-backs, owner indemnification agreements, collateral assignments, and lease assignments. My experience includes professional practices (including numerous medical and insurances practices), franchise businesses, restaurants, etc. I have handled 6- to 8-figure deals on behalf of clients who could not find cost-effective representation from other firms in Florida, with a "sweet spot" transaction size of deals between $2mm and $5mm.

I represent buyers, sellers, and equity owners throughout the State of Florida in these transactions.
