About this firm

We are a group of attorneys and support staff committed to helping our clients deal with and hopefully enjoy success in the increasingly complex world in which we live. Although we find ourselves at times frustrated with the problems of the legal system, we are reminded of the admonition that it is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness. We desire to be perhaps a little light for the paths of our clients. We are blessed with the privilege and honor of serving many clients here in our home community of Edmond, as well as clients who reside elsewhere across Oklahoma and the United States-all the way from Alaska to Florida. We are pleased to help our clients on a daily basis with legal and tax matters, which include everything from very simple problems to extraordinarily complex transactions. One of our primary goals is to serve the needs of our clients as we, ourselves, would want to be served. In this respect, we occasionally are best able to assist simply by helping a person find another attorney who can provide the needed professional skill and personal integrity for the situation.
