Daniel Medina began practicing law in 1994. He has served clients in Polk, Highlands, Hardee and Hillsborough counties in Central Florida and is the only Board Certified Attorney in wills, trusts, and estates in Polk County.

Mr. Medina is currently the sole shareholder in a boutique law firm concentrating in the areas of estate planning, probate, and corporate planning. Medina Law Group, P.A. is a broad-based estate planning practice with a growing and varied client base. In addition to wills and revocable trusts, the practice caters to sophisticated estate planning using family limited partnerships and irrevocable trusts (ex. ILIT, QPRT, GRAT), charitable remainder trusts, and private foundations.

Medina Law Group has significant probate experience encompassing formal administration, summary administration, and probate and trust litigation. The firm also has a substantial elder law practice involving guardianship and providing Medicaid planning, planning to avoid guardianship, and other asset protection planning.

Medina Law Group, P.A. provides counsel for corporate transactions including asset sales, stock sales and stock redemption agreements, other shareholder agreements, and business succession planning.

In November 2012, the Medina Law Group, P.A. relocated to downtown Lakeland in order to better serve clients and community members.
