Additionally, as a police officer, Mr. Scafiddi was personally involved as an investigator in over 2,000 arrests for DUI in 80s and 90s. In 1981, Mr. Scafiddi was designated a gang expert by the Superior Courts of the State of California. Mr. Scafiddi has testified over 150 times as a gang expert. In 1987, Mr. Scafiddi was recognized by the Superior Court of the County of San Bernardino as a certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). It is this type of practical experience that makes Mr. Scafiddi a successful criminal defense litigator.
