About this firm

Michael Gold Law Office was established in Tallahassee in October 1999 after nine years of varied government service starting with Hurricane Andrew response under federal and state agencies. The focus of the practice has always been with individuals. Currently the largest concentration of clients is in immigration and naturalization services with a broad array of different services offered. Consumer bankruptcy representation filing under chapter 7 and 13 of the bankruptcy code has been a major area of representation since 1987. Family law traffic and other areas ranging from contractor representation small probates and small restaurant start up are included in general legal services offered. The firm has recently expanded to two attorneys and therefore our ability to serve our community is growing. The principal attorney, who was born and raised in Miami Florida as well as started his solo career on the streets of Miami, speaks fluent Spanish and has dedicated a large part of his practice to the bilingual community in and around North Florida as well as surrounding states for federal immigration practice. Flexible fee payment and sliding scale have always been made available to clients of varied means.
