Miles, Sears & Eanni has handled hundreds of difficult civil litigation cases successfully. A substantial number of these cases have gone on to result in state and federal judgements and administrative determinations.

Expertise

We have specialized in civil litigation cases for over 40 years. We have access to expert witnesses from the finest engineering firms across the country, including specialists in metallurgy, biomedical engineering, biomechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, industrial hygiene and aviation. We also retain specialists in all medical fields including those from major universities in the USA and abroad, including psychiatrists and neuropsychologists.

We use the latest computer and imaging technology during discovery and at trial, with IT experts available to handle graphics, animations and accident simulations.

Economic Resources

Our financial strength enables us to represent clients effectively, and gives us enhanced credibility with insurance companies, other companies, and Workers' Compensation carriers. We finance all of our cases in-house, even against the largest corporate defendants, and we do not use factoring companies for our financing.

We comport with the California Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 2-200, “Financial Arrangements Among Lawyers,” and we have never had a fee dispute with a referring attorney or a client.

We maintain errors and omissions coverage with the most highly rated worldwide insurance companies.
