In our Personal Injury division we handle many types of cases from Auto, Motorcycle, Trucking, Boating, and Aviation accidents, to Catastrophic Medical Malpractice, including Cerebral Palsy, Birth Injury, Wrongful Birth and Wrongful Death.

In our Business Practices division, we have experience in litigating against monster corporations. We represent clients in business and contract formation, daily operational tasks and disputes, to corporate litigation including defense and prosecuting business fraud.

An additional area of our practice, stemming from our past knowledge and experience in water contamination cases (see our Toxic Tort accolades) concentrates on Toxic Tort. This would include, oil and gas leaks, water contamination, carbon monoxide poisoning, and many other toxic chemical ingestions. This is a very complex and complicated area of the law that our firm is highly skilled in, enabling us to walk you through all the steps and maximize your potential resolution.

Our experience in Securities Litigation representing individual investors and corporations against brokerage and bank giants in such areas as securities fraud, disputes, churning, manipulation, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation and unauthorized trading practices – through FINRA arbitration and State and Federal litigation.
