At Mishiyeva Law, we focus primarily on representing executors and administrators of an estate, the trustees of irrevocable or revocable trust instruments, beneficiaries and disinherited heirs, the creditors of an estate, and other interested parties in probate proceedings, will contests, breach of fiduciary duty matters, accountings, partition actions, and trust revocation.

We also concentrate on estate planning including will and trust preparation, powers of attorney, medicaid planning and special needs trusts. We represent individuals and business entities faced with estate matters throughout New York State, including New York County (Manhattan), Kings County (Brooklyn), Bronx County, Queens County, Richmond County (Staten Island), and Suffolk & Nassau County (Long Island).
