We are a general practice law firm that provides legal services and personalized representation to our clients in such areas as the acquisition, financing and disposition of residential and commercial real estate; performing title searches and providing expert testimony for title insurance companies and other attorneys regarding real estate disputes; community association matters; the formation of small business organizations; the acquisition, financing and disposition of businesses and business assets; estate and trust planning and administration; civil litigation matters including mortgage foreclosure and business litigation; zoning, planning and other land use matters involving presentations before municipal boards and commissions on behalf of individuals and developers; and criminal defense.

Our reputation has been built upon, and will continue to be built upon, the underlying principles of personal and professional honesty, integrity and trust. We take pride in the quality of the personalized services that our attorneys and paralegals are able to provide to our clients on a daily basis. The members of our firm have a deep belief in giving back to the community, as evidenced by the many hours we have contributed over the years to coaching youth sports programs, participating in civic organizations, membership on municipal elected and appointed boards and commissions, as well as our sponsorship of scholarships at local high schools.
