About our Moncton, NB office

Murphy Collette Murphy has been a leading provider of insurance related legal services to a variety of property and casualty insurers for over 20 years and the senior partners for over 33 years. Members regularly appear in the Courts of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.

The senior partners of the law firm, Henry J. Murphy and J. William Collette, practiced together for a number of years before establishing the firm in 1991.

The vision behind the law firm at the time is the same as it is today; to provide cost effective progressive handing of litigation matters for our clients. While the firm is located in South-Eastern New Brunswick the lawyers handle a substantial number of cases throughout New Brunswick as well as throughout Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

The law office is probably the most computerized law office in Eastern Canada and we firmly believe that the automation that we have at our disposal makes for use of our time much more efficiently than any other law firm, big or small.

Our goal is to provide strong, effective advocacy on behalf of our clients. We have earned a strong reputation in the insurance industry as litigators and are recognized as leaders in that industry by Best's Recommended Insurance Attorneys®, LEXPERT®, and Martindale Hubbell®.
