The firm was founded based on our goal of combining the excellence and quality normally associated with a large-firm litigation department with the responsiveness and exceptional level of service of a smaller firm. Our practice includes a wide variety of business litigation. We have substantial experience litigating in the areas of breach of contract, copyright, and trademark, non-compete and trade secrets, employment law, insurance coverage disputes, construction, torts, products liability, creditor's rights, and shareholder and partnership disputes. The firm's labor and employment practice encompasses litigation and administrative proceedings, grievance and arbitration hearings, union contract negotiations, as well as counseling and advice in all types of employment-related matters and wrongful termination and employment discrimination litigation.

Although our attorneys each have experience in different substantive areas of litigation, trial experience is a common asset shared by all.

Our lawyers are seasoned litigators who have extensive trial experience. This experience not only gives us an edge in the courtroom, but also is an invaluable asset in providing our clients with effective pre-litigation counseling. We are creative problem-solvers who fully explore alternative resolutions before proceeding to trial.
