About this firm

The law firm of Nash & Kromash LLP was formed on October 1, 2004, as a result of the decision by Charles Ian Nash and Keith S. Kromash to come together to create a law firm dedicated to excellence and personal service to our clients. Our goal is to implement strategies, whether in the estate or wealth preservation planning phase or in the trust or estate administration phase, that take into account favorable provisions in the applicable tax, probate, and trust laws.

We represent both individuals and businesses in the areas of estate planning, including educating our clients on sophisticated asset preservation and estate tax, gift tax and generation-skipping transfer tax minimization techniques; business succession; the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships; post-mortem estate planning, including the use of disclaimers; representation of fiduciaries; charitable planning, including establishing and providing guidance with respect to private foundations and publicly supported charitable organizations; and probate, trust, and guardianship litigation.

Each of the firm's founding partners are actively involved in Real Property, Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of The Florida Bar. This means to our clients that we are on the cutting edge with respect to the Florida laws of wills, trusts and estates. We have significant input in many areas of legislation that impact our clients.

Additionally, Charles Ian Nash's membership and active involvement in The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), a prestigious association of the top estate planning attorneys in the country, is an additional resource that significantly benefits our clients. Mr. Nash's involvement in ACTEC ensures that the firm's attorneys stay current with the ever-changing and complex area of federal and state wealth transfer taxation.
