About our Mobile, AL office

The Friedlander family of lawyers - A Mobile tradition of quality legal services

Nathan P. Friedlander is a graduate of the University of Alabama Law School where he was a Hugo Black Scholar. He practiced with the law firm of Marr and Friedlander, a noted Real Estate and Probate Law firm from 1981 until 1986. During that time Nathan specialized in Real Estate, Probate and Construction Litigation. Nathan then started the firm of Friedlander and Dunning P.C. where he continued his practice until 1990. Nathan then formed the firm of Nathan P. Friedlander, P.C. At the same time, he obtained his Real Estate Broker's license and became the President of Friedlander Realty, Inc., a single-family property management company managing over 1,000 single-family properties.

Nathan continued an active practice and sold the Real Estate business in 1992. He represents hundreds of Landlords and Real Estate owners in connection with their Real Estate, Corporate and other civil litigation needs. He has an active Probate and Domestic Relations Practice and was voted Mobile's Best Divorce Lawyer in the Lagniappe Magazine Reader's Poll for 2011.

Nathan follows a tradition established by a long line of Friedlander Attorneys in providing quality legal services in both State and Federal Courts in South Alabama. His peers have given him a BV rating on Martindale-Hubbell.
