The Firm traces its roots to 1951, when Carl Dawson helped his first client. At the time, Jacksonville was home to approximately a third of the population the city has today. In this small town southern atmosphere, Carl built a reputation for integrity, professionalism and dedication. As Jacksonville grew into a major metropolitan city, with a thriving economy and progressive culture, the Firm kept pace. We’ve helped thousands of individuals and businesses throughout the United States (and beyond) accomplish their goals and solve their problems.
