The Law Offices of Patricia Palma, P.A. was established in 2000 to provide personalized Family Law services to the Tampa Bay community. For years Ms. Palma heard her former clients seeking representation for their personal injury cases and finding that specialized, personal approach to their cases lacking. With their concerns and Ms. Palma’s own prior personal injury in mind, expanding the Law Offices of Patricia Palma, P.A. to include Personal Injury representation allows the firm to further serve the Tampa Bay community and provide that personal touch clients are searching for. Needing an exceptionally honorable and unique leader, attorney T. Edmund Spinks, was a clear choice to lead the firm’s Personal Injury Division.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Patricia Palma, P.A., T. Edmund Spinks spent 25 years serving and representing the United States in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring as a Major. With a strong leadership background, T. Edmund Spinks has committed himself to serve the Tampa Bay community and clients with trustworthy, personalized representation. With several years of practicing law in the area of Personal Injury, Mr. Spinks has extensive experience in handling all forms of personal injury trials including auto, bicycle, truck, pedestrian collisions and fall injuries.

Ms. Palma continues to lead the Family Law Division and provides high quality legal services in all areas of Marital and Family Law.
