Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP (formerly Brecher Fishman Pasternack Walsh Tilker & Ziegler, PC) is a full service Law Firm that has been representing the injured person and worker for over 90 years. We have individual departments and specialists concentrating in serious personal injury cases, workers compensation claims, occupational disease claims, social security claims and various other matters such as estate planning and state and municipal disability claims.

In a majority of cases, many of our clients have multiple claims arising out of a single incident. Being a full service Law Firm means that we can seamlessly integrate and pursue all your claims smoothly from start to settlements. For example, an on-the-job injury can produce separate negligence, workers compensation and disability claims. Our attorneys have literally hundreds of years of combined experience litigating multiple claims for our clients, and in many cases our extensive track record and reputation have often precluded the necessity of litigation.

The Firm of Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP has specialized in the representation of the injured worker in regard to their Workers Compensation, Volunteer Firemen's Benefits Law and Auxiliary Police Claims since the 1930's in the State of New York. Our firm provides representation before the New York State Workers Compensation Board from the initial filing of claims through the complete Boards Appeal Process. We have successfully won appeals argued before the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
