I am an AV rated attorney with 35 years of experience and a Master's in Taxation. I am a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. In my estate planning practice, I prepare wills and durable powers of attorney for finances and medical decisions, but I specialize in trusts to avoid probates and conservatorships. I have planned for second marriages, disabled and free spending children, marginally competent clients, clients with gift and estate tax problems, clients who own family businesses and clients who want to eliminate their A/B Trusts because of the new estate tax act. I administer probates and trusts, preparing all necessary notices, deeds/affidavits, arranging appraisals and filing court petitions. I fund subtrusts and plan probate and trust distributions. I also handle a variety of business matters with respect to corporations, LLCs, partnerships and real estate. I prepare leases as well as a variety of sale and purchase, buy-sell, security, pledge, trust deed, employment, and other agreements.
