Each attorney is licensed to practice law in all of the courts within the State of Michigan, ranging from the trial court level of district and circuit courts, through the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court. We routinely appear at the trial courts in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Monroe Counties and others.

Our attorneys are also admitted to practice in various federal courts, such as the United States Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the Bankruptcy Court.

We handle administrative law proceedings in a wide range of agencies. At the federal level, these include the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Transportation Surface Transportation Board (STB), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). At the state level, our attorneys handle matters in the Michigan Tax Tribunal, the Michigan Department of Civil Rights, the State Tax Commission, the Michigan Employment Relations Commission and various other regulatory agencies.

Some members of Pentiuk, Couvreur & Kobiljak, P.C. are also admitted to practice in other jurisdictions such as Illinois, Indiana, Washington, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
