Pittenger, Nuspl & Crumley is a partnership of professional corporations first formed in 2006 by William Pittenger and Nicholas Nuspl, and expanded when George Crumley joined the firm in 2008, and Ken Paxton in 2010.

The firm's attorneys currently represent plaintiffs, defendants and non-litigants in a many areas of civil practice including divorce, personal injury, estate planning, business and commercial litigation, contracts, child custody, insurance, real estate, construction defect and injury claims, adoption, and appellate law, as well as many others. Firm clients range in size from private individuals to small, medium and Fortune 500 businesses and corporations.

Among them, the partners have many decades of experience in handling a variety of matters in civil practice. Our attorneys place primary emphasis on service and responsiveness to clients, and providing high-quality legal services at the most reasonable and competitive cost with optimum results. Our partners have "big firm" experience and backgrounds, but can provide a more personal service to clients.

In addition to superior representation of clients in litigation, Pittenger, Nuspl & Crumley offers alternative dispute resolution services. George Crumley is an experienced mediator, frequently appointed by Judges in North Texas. It often takes a mediator with his valuable trial experience to help all sides of a dispute understand their risks and quickly come to a resolution.
